Notarization Coordination
We coordinate with a licensed Notary Public or Attorney-at-Law to notarize your documents in Guyana.
Many international processes require Guyanese documents to be notarized — affidavits, powers of attorney, statutory declarations, agreements. SOG does not perform notarization directly, but we save you the time of finding a reliable Notary Public and arranging the appointment.
We review your document for completeness, schedule the appointment, and confirm notarization is complete. Some receiving institutions may require additional certification (e.g., apostille) — we’ll flag that up front.
- Document review for completeness before notarization
- Appointment scheduling with licensed Notary Public
- Confirmation of notarization completion
- Flag of any additional certification needed (apostille, etc.)
